"Together, we can make a difference in our lives and fulfil our dreams. Despite all circumstance we lean on each other's help, support and trust"
Refugees, Children and Vulnerable Citizens (RCVC) is a public, humanitarian non-profit organisation which provides social protection, medical care, education, vocational training, self reliance and livelihoods programs for refugees and some of Tajikistan's most vulnerable citizens. Since registering with the Ministry of Justice in 1996, RCVC has worked closely with UNHCR, in successfully assisting hundreds of marginalised individuals and in rising out of poverty through providing them with the skills, knowledge and equipment they need to develop sustainable livelihoods. Through proving individuals with these resources we not only provide humanitarian assistance but also seeks to actively develop the community’s’ capacity to establish a sustainable sources of income for themselves.
